HISTORY
Started back in 2014, we’ve been making unique and high quality products for a variety of large YouTube channels, e-commerce brands, and business clients for almost a decade. SquareShark is a turn-key solution and complete back-end operation for businesses interested in making and selling custom products. We handle it all - and our highly skilled and experienced team members ensure our clients (and their customers) are taken care of.

We are a very small team of high-energy, dedicated individuals with a strong attention to detail. We get the job done, and we’re really good at what we do.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Our work environment is casual when compared to a typical corporate environment, but professional and serious when it comes to getting the job done. We are hyper focused on quality, and prefer to keep our team small and lean. Each new team member must be efficient and focused, and hold themselves to a high standard. Team members who join SquareShark now are entering into “foundation” positions, meaning that you may be solely responsible for an entire department, or part of a select few who handle certain tasks. On any given day, you may work alongside around 1-3 other team members, all of whom are friendly, knowledgeable, dedicated, talented, and eager to help you learn.

Our office is also conveniently located in the Raleigh, NC area next to a large shopping center that includes Starbucks, Target, Home Depot, Qdoba, Moes, Best Buy, Jersey Mike's Subs, Chick-fil-A, Zaxby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Planet Fitness, and tons of other restaurants, retail stores, and activities.

WORKPLACE COMFORT
SquareShark has invested into the comfort and safety of our work environments. Our shipping room is fully HVAC air conditioned and heated, carpeted to avoid fatigue while standing, and stocked with raised height packing stations. The room is well lit and has plenty of space for easy mobility in and around packing stations.
We use ergonomic desk chairs, and email support computer stations include dual monitors that are mounted using monitor arms to raise or lower screens to your desired height, and can be pulled forward or back depending on your preferred distance.
WAREHOUSE & SAFETY
SquareShark’s brand new back-of-house features a clean, well-lit, safe warehouse environment that has separate thermostat controlled heaters, ceiling mounted fans with multiple speed settings, bolted industrial racking, fully electric pallet jacks and ride-on forklifts, dock high roll-up doors for quick receiving, and built-in dock levelers with floor grip tape and wall-mounted handles for safety.
Our company policies and precautions put your safety first with mandatory driver tire chocking, proper safety signage, optional equipment “creep” modes for slower movement, pallet wrapping, forklift zones, windows connecting the shipping room and warehouse for increased visibility, and fully electric pallet equipment.
